Service Description
My Origin Report provides heritage research reports based on surname analysis. Reports are generated using historical research methodologies and delivered as digital PDF documents.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is required before report generation begins. Optional upgrades and add-ons are charged separately.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us at support@myoriginreport.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
Your heritage report and any generated images (coat of arms, migration map, typography poster) are licensed to you for personal use. You may print, share, and display them. The report content and design remain the intellectual property of My Origin Report.
Disclaimer
Heritage reports are based on historical surname research, etymology, and documented records. They reflect the broader heritage of surname bearers rather than a specific family lineage. Individual family histories may vary. Reports should not be used as legal genealogical documentation.
